NORTH PORT, Fla. 鈥?North Port Police say the man shot and killed while driving on I-75 early Saturday morning was targeted. Javaris Miller, 23, of Leigh Acres was shot around 3:45 just south of the Toledo Blade exit. He died at the scene.
